May 25, 2026"Having tried this place 4 times already so I’m ready for a review. The place isn’t big and it can get crowded. Ordering online is easy and saves waiting time, but I found that sometimes their prices at the store are a tad lower. Thus, phone orders may be the best - saves time and money. The best thing about this place is its GPIE (fried chicken). Even though it’s chicken breast, it’s made thick and juicy. They also give you packets of chili powder so you can sprinkle as much as you like based on your preference (something that I wished Bentolicious would have done). The second best thing is their fried jumbo squid. The grilled jumbo squid isn’t bad either. We have bought these items many times. The crispy tofu was mediocre and forgettable. We only dined in once and we had their bento. If we had to compare their bento boxes to Bentolicious, I must say that Chick & T has better main ingredients like the GPIE or popcorn chicken. However, their side dishes are so-so and you don’t get to choose. Bentolicious has much better side dishes and you can choose 3 sides. I’d say the side dishes are actually the highlights of Bentolicious. Thus, I would buy fried or grilled items at Chick & T and if I craved a balanced bento, I’d head to Bentolicious. Interesting that this location does not have tea (or milk tea) like the other locations. Not that their milk teas were the best, but at least it was convenient to consume it along with the fried stuff. Perhaps that’s why this location was named “Chick & T” while the others were named “Chick & Tea” Lol"
